I teach online, and I focus on preparing students for Oxford and Cambridge Music interviews. I also give singing lessons and A-level Music tuition.

Oxbridge mock interviews

I run online mock interviews for Oxford and Cambridge Music applicants, from £130. Each session follows the shape of a real interview: an unseen score, questions on your personal statement and written work, and then written feedback.

I read Music at Exeter College, Oxford, where I was supervised by the Chair of Faculty, and held a choral scholarship at Merton College. I am now a DPhil researcher and Clarendon Scholar at St Hugh’s College, Oxford, and a Tutor in Music at the University (opens in a new tab), where I teach undergraduates analysis, popular music, and conducting.

Singing lessons

I base my teaching on traditional bel canto technique, with a focus on laryngeal registration and legato. I specialise in classical singing, musical theatre, and popular music singing, and teach singers of all ages.

I teach singing to choral scholars and music students at the University of Oxford and at Latymer Upper. I have also taught at Newton Prep, Leighton Park School, and for Hillingdon Council. Before that, I taught the Girls’ Choir of Merton College, Oxford, and the choristers of Liverpool Cathedral.
