Teaching

I am an experienced singing teacher and vocal technician teaching students of all ages and specialising in classical, pop, jazz, and musical theatre. I currently hold teaching positions at Latymer Upper and Newton Prep School. I have also taught at Leighton Park School and for Hillingdon Council. In higher education I work with undergraduate music students and choral scholars at the University of Oxford as well as on the BA Musical Theatre course at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). I previously held teaching positions with the Girls’ Choir of Merton College Oxford and the Choir of Liverpool Cathedral.

I also A-Level Music tuition as well as mock interviews and preparation sessions for Oxford and Cambridge university entrance their undergraduate Music course. I am interested in hearing from prospective applicants who want to talk about any aspect of the process. I studied for my undergraduate degree in Music at the University of Oxford (Exeter College) where I was supervised by the Chair of Faculty. I was then a postgraduate Musicologist at Royal Holloway (fully funded by The Headley Trust) and am now a fully funded doctoral researcher (DPhil Music), Tutor in Music, and Clarendon Scholar at the University of Oxford.
